Hi there, what is your illegibility due to? Is it residency or previous study? Thanks, Jason

Residency I was out of uk between January 2023 to July 2023 and so I am illegible for my first yr this yr, but was wondering if I could become eligible for my second year which starts 26/27

Hi there. The residency eligibility is taken from the start of your course, so you would need to be in the UK for 3 years prior to the start of your course. Thanks, Leah.

Hi so if I went this yr since I was away in from 01/2023 to 07/2023 I would be illegible this yr and so would be illegible for my second and third years?

Yes, it's taken from the beginning of your course, so if your course started in September 2025, you need to be in the UK on 01/09/2022. This still applies even if you decide to apply for year 2 of the course in 2026/27, since the course began in 2025. Thanks, Leah.
