Stress Relief Tips for University Students

No matter what course you study whether it's humanities arts, Nursing, Medicine... it can feel non-stop, tiring and isolating at some points. I thought it would be a nice to start a thread where we share stress relief tips, things you do to stay sane during high-pressure times.

A few ideas to kick things off:

- Engaging in hobbies/things you enjoy e.g Music, art, Watching movies, journaling
- Staying connected with family, friends and coursemates
- Joining societies at your university
- Staying active e.g walking, running or even dancing

What's your go to way to de-stress? Share your tips in this thread

Hey Trenyce,

What a lovely idea!!

I think when things get really stressful it's nice to recentre yourself by recreationally (instead of academically all the time!) read a book you enjoy, or watch a 15-30 minute YouTube video on something that interests you and then continue. Casual, easy and accessible ways students can use for stress relief I think

All the best,
