Afternoon, is anyone with OU? or registered and starting a course this October?

I've been trying to Phone, Webchat and Email for over a week.

By phone I just get an automated "No advisers are currently available" then I'm cut off - this is morning, early afternoon and late afternoon times I have tried.

Webchat says I'm No.1 in the queue, with a waiting time of 20, 21 and 22 minutes but I've had the window open for 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours it doesn't matter, no advisors answer. I've also tried changing from Scotland, England and Wales, still nothing. I've tried different web browsers nothing.

Emailed twice and still nothing. (5 working days to reply)

Is anyone currently on a course and in contact with anyone? can't be this hard to communicate.
