Any advice from people who have got better grades than me, I’m not sure how I got such bad grades because honestly I thought I tried my best but it’s CLEAR that it’s not. Thanks guys, it’s embarrassing but I have to try again

I went from Ds to As by just doing past papers. I hope that helps and don't let bad grades demotivate you

Thank you so much genuinely, that gives me some hope

Was there any particular method? I’m wondering how I should do it if I’ve got to do basically 2 years worth of content in kind of a year for this resit

Hi, if you are resitting I would recommend that you collate and still continue to use any revision notes you made previously, maybe cross-compare them with the spec.

I would recommend you do question papers by topic or by skill e.g maths skills, application skills, which are available on Miss Estruch Biology website for free. I also liked Biology with Olivia notes on the required practicals, those come with a small cost but some have a webinar attached as well. I would also recommend Laura Does Biology on YouTube for her short explainer videos if you are someone who prefers the more minimalist and learning. If you are more a visual learner then I would recommend Amobea Sisters (do cross compare with your spec to check you are learning the right things) and Biology with Carol.

I just did the flashcards from pmt if I struggled with any of the topics consistently or made notes. I also put all of the questions I got wrong on quizlet flashcards with the answers.
