student finance not submitted issues
sfe has been a pain lol! first they confused my foundation year for a degree and refused me a tuition loan and im stuck waiting a month for them to realise this...
now im currently trying to attach my sponsor details, however despite completing the 'providing your financial details' bit, it still looks as if i have yet to submit this information. when i go to complete this it already says i have applied for the assessment of financial circumstances. but back on the homepage it says i have that action to complete.
anyone else have this issue ?

Good morning,
When did you submit your parents details? As the 'to do list' won't update until the evidence has been processed. Currently, we are working to an estimated 17 working days from when evidence was received for this to be updated. So if you have recently submitted this then your online account will update after the evidence has been processed. Thanks, Jason
