Do you get money back for A level marking review if grade goes down?

I want to get one of my A levels reviewed and i checked on the AQA (my exam board for the subject) website and it says if your grade changes you get your money back, does this include your grade going down as well as up?

I was wondering because on the paper that came with my results from my school is says you only get the money back if your grade goes up, which i was confused about because the website only said if the grade changes with no reference to specifically up or down.

I think you would, it’s very unlikely to happen unless you were pretty close to the lower grade anyway but in that case you shouldn’t get a remark. I think if your grade changes at all, that’s a reflection they made an ‘error’ so you would get some money back (I think?)

Any grade change will result in a refund, yes.
