(Bangor University) Need someone to takeover tenancy of my room in St Mary’s

Hi! Due to a change in plans, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for an ensuite room at St Mary’s Village. The rent is £165 per week, and this includes all bills, high-speed WiFi, a gym membership, a weekly cleaning service, and access to a shared kitchen with 4 other tenants. The contract is 42 weeks and runs from the 21st of September 2025 to the 11th of July 2026.

St Mary’s Village is conveniently located just a short walk from the University and offers a great range of facilities. Due to it being Bangor University halls the tenancy transfer will be completely through the university to ensure it’s safe and reliable.
