I'm so sorry to hear you didn't get the grades you were hoping for :frown:

What apprenticeship do you want to do? What were the entry requirements?

Any apprenticeship the requirements are high grade 4 essential. 😭 I don't know what to do I'm literally comparing myself to my freind who did better than me 😭😭😭
Comparison is the thief of joy - try hard not to compare if you can, I know it's difficult but it won't help your situation.

Have you spoken to your teachers yet about what next steps are? Will your school let you resit with them?

Can you go in and speak to anyone today, or give anyone a call? Appreciate you might just need some time to decompress and take things into account, by trying to get on top of things so you know your options would be helpful for you mentally to plan ahead.

If you want to resit, that sounds like a really good option so you meet the requirements for your apprenticeship. Get as much information as you can about resits from your college - that will help as well

I already know about resits. But I feel like I've tried so hard to do GCSES. So therefore I'm looking to do Level 1, 2 and then hopefully do A Levels which is a Level 3 course since i would have already hopefully passed Level 2 but I feel like it will take too long.

Haven't contacted any staff by college by phone or in person though.

If you can I really recommend trying to speak to someone by phone, or in person at college. It’s a lot to think about on your own, and someone there will be able to give you more tailored advice on your options and be able to support 😊

I wish you all the best of luck with your next steps :hugs:

Hi, currently I'm an A Level student and I tutor GCSE Maths. I work with a range of students some are very confident and others are finding it more challenging I understand your disappointment, but I believe it’s always possible to catch up with the right support. I charge a low rate, so if you’re interested, please let me know.
I achieved Grade 9s in both Maths and Further Maths, so I know effective revision strategies and can teach you how to use them too!
Good luck with your studies 😊
