Hi there!

It really does depend where you look to apply to University, so it's well worth taking a look online or even getting in touch regarding any courses you are interested in and asking.

Quite a few universities, us included, mostly look at your A-Level or Equivalent grades though. The main GCSE's we look for are English and Maths, with some additional requirements for certain courses. These will often be listed quite clearly on prospectus pages, so be sure to take a look!
Extra GCSE's can be nice to have on your application, but the focus will usually be on what is specifically asked for in the entry requirements.

In short - Don't panic too much, I am sure you did great overall! Congrats on your results today, and best of luck with the future! ^-^

a 4 is a pass so you'll be fine! they more look for your gcse grades for required subjects like english language and maths.
