A*AAB achieved can I get into Cambridge for English?

Hey! I am planning on applying to Cambridge this yr on my gap year. My achieved A level grades are A*AAB (English lit, maths, history, biology respectively ) as well as an A in CIPQ. My O level grades were 7A*s 2 As and 1 B. I’m wondering if Cambridge places a lot of emphasis on A level grades beyond simply meeting the entry requirements? Am I less competitive because I haven’t got 2A*s ? I’m stressing that I’ve severely decreased my chances by not getting 2A*s. I’d really appreciate any insight !
