Different university courses

Hi, this is all theoretical but...I am a second year pharmacy student and have enjoyed the course and do pretty well in it. This year we had our OSCEs and one of the OSCEs was a prescription writing exam. I passed all my OSCEs except this one. I did the resit this month and have not got the result back but I know that me passing or failing really depends on how they mark it. We only get one resit opportunity for this module because it's a zero credit module. I was wondering if it would be realistic to apply to a different university and a different course for next year if things don't workout.
