Thank you @Evil Homer for setting this up. As an ambassador at the university, I thought I’d get the ball rolling with an introduction...

I studied Health and Wellbeing in Society

I lived in my accommodation, for all three years while studying at DMU.

During my time here, I managed to get quite a few part-time work opportunities, including this ambassador role, some social media work, and a few internships. These were amazing experiences and also a great way to earn some extra money! Outside of work and studies, I loved hanging out with friends, whether that was on campus or exploring the city. A few of my favourite hotspots were Roxy, Treetop Mini Golf, Mowgli, St Martins Coffee Shop, Kai, and Wygston's House Bar & Restaurant. I also regularly commuted home, and spent time with friends and family.

One of the things I was most looking forward to was gaining new experiences and, of course, completing my degree, which I’m proud to say I’ve successfully achieved!

If anyone else would like to join in, myself and the team would love to read your introductions!

-Maddie, Third year Health and Wellbeing in Society student at De Montfort University
