English Language Entry Requirements for University
I want to apply for UCL and Imperial College, and I just saw they have requirements for GCSE English Language which is grade6.But I only got a grade 5 in that and I'm a home student. I want to know if the universities are gonna ask me to meet the condition for English Language (like you have to get a 7 in IELTS test or something) when they give me the offer, or they will reject me because of that.

Talk to your school about resitting GCSE English in November or next June - its usually very straightforward. Any Uni offer would simply list the required GCSE grade as an extra condition.
Just be aware that Unis are not 'flexible' about any specific required GCSE grades - and applying without them would be an instant rejection.
