I seriously recommend Boris Johnson's memoir Unleashed for anyone studying Politics; Monopolies: the death of competition, Happy City, and Why Nations Fail for Economics; And Learning To Labour for Sociology. For films, The Big Short and Inglorious Basterds are fantastic.

I take Spanish national baccalaureate (quite different from anything in the UK, feel free to ask anything), with my subjects being Maths, Physics, Technological Drawing (do you even have that in the UK?), Chemistry, English (as a second language), Spanish Language and Literature, Philosophy and History!
2.
Piano, band, guitar, songwriting, reading, baking and I'm starting to get into music production and running!
3.
Have as many hobbies as you possibly can. "But I don't have the time!!" Of course you do. Having stuff to do helps with time management and it makes you get the most out of every minute and stop wasting so much time. You do have time, what you don't have are time management skills (not trying to say it in a bad way but really, hobbies are the best). Also, they make you more interesting, you meet similar people and you develop a unique personality of your own outside academics!
4.
Hygiene. Also, positive self talk because you're not the victim, but mostly hygiene.
5.
University! I'd go right now if I could, I'm fed up with school. I want to study Physics and Philosophy!
6.
It's 2:00 AM and my sleep deprived self is procrastinating something I want and need to do (sleep, which I haven't really done much in the past year).
7.
Go listen to Laufey. Right now, really. Also, I'd recommend reading, in general.
