Dental nursing VS access course

On a gap year currently and reapplying for dental hygiene and therapy. I've been debating on whether I should do dental nursing or an access course to boost my reapplication for DHT - I've found a dental nursing course that allows me to qualify in 12 months, so timing shouldn't be an issue

If you have done a levels, an access course won’t ‘boost’ your application, they are both level 3 qualifications and so it will just replace your a levels rather than add to them
