anyone else's clearing offer still "undecided" ??

I got a verbal offer from clearing on results day (last Thursday) and my UCAS offer status is still undecided basically over a week later.

I have uploaded supporting documents etc to the website link they sent me so I don't think it's that. It's just so stressful as uni starts in less than a month and I would like official confirmation that I actually have a place. I also can't apply for accommodation until I have an offer which is starting to scare me.

Please any advice is appreciated!! Thanks

Hey idk but if its been a week and still no update call up tomorrow and talk to them on the phone cus atleast then you'll know whats going on

Hey @j.sunderland - definitely worth getting in touch with the University and asking them look in to this for you. It's a busy time for admissions teams but there's enough time passed since results day that you'd hope to have heard an update by now. If they still can't make a decision - ask for clarification as to why, and ask for expected time frames so you have a bit more info.

It may just be an admin error - fingers crossed you're sorted soon 🙂 Let us know how you get on!
