Roehampton University CAS shield link Delayed

I'm I the only one having issue with receiving CAS shield link at University of Roehampton United Kingdom after passing Pre-CAS, and making payment of initial deposit? No communication or reassurance from the university, I'm kind of confused at this point.

It doesn’t really matter, mate. Once you receive the link, getting the CAS can take more than a month — I’ve been waiting for over a month myself. The deadline to request CAS is 29th, so I don’t understand why the University of Roehampton is taking so long with the process, even after students have already paid a hefty amount.
