CIE Business Remark

I checked my AS business raw marks and I have 37/40 on P1 and 35/60 in P2 which means i got total 72/100 (C) in Business (PUM-67). The minimum raw mark needed for a B is 74/100 so I'm two raw marks away from it. I gave my business p2 for a remark as the marks in that paper is quite low. What is the likeliness of my grade changing? And did anyone's grade change after remark in the past year in Cambridge?
