I applied for my maintenance loan everything was ok untill at the end they said a system error something do to with linking sponsor or something and it’s been referred to a team and that no time frame can be given which is ridiculous considering it’s an error on student finance.

What can I do now as this is bacially penalising me for something that wasn’t my fault?
