Heyyy soo I've just got my results and I'm happy with them. However I'm a bit confused about health and social care (ncfe). I got a L2 distinction. What does that even mean???

the course you completed was a BTEC, not a GCSe, they use a different grading system.
L2 distinction is the highest grade

Oooh thank you sooo much. Cause believe it or not, the grading system in hsc wasn't really discussed in school cause my coursework was graded by my teacher. Thank you again
