Confused with Sixth Form offer acceptance

I applied for a Sixth Form that requires you to have an average of 6.6 across all your grades, I obtained this but didn't reach the required MFL grade of a 4 (I got an E in reformed grades this was around a 3), however I was advised to still apply anyways as it was worth a try and the worst that could happen was rejection. Despite this, I received a confirmation that I did in fact get into the Sixth Form and now I'm apprehensive about the offer itself, as I would need to inform my other offer that I've got into this one, which could completely backfire on me if they realise they've made a mistake into accepting me onto the course. There's been no message about altering the acceptance grades, and I'm mostly just curious if anything similar has happened to anyone else and if I should expect them to rescind my offer?

- None of my Sixth Form Courses involve an MFL subject
- This Sixth Form is very competitive and I am an external the courses I'm trying to take I got 9's (except for Biology) in but the rest of my grades were on average 7's

Schools (and Universities) routinely flex their offers and give 'near miss' places. So long as they know your grades and after that, you've got confirmation of the place, it's fine, you're in. If you want to email them and confirm, that's also fine though, except it's 1615 on Friday afternoon.
