It's not possible to do so on TSR without sharing personal details, which is not allowed for safeguarding reasons. Do you have an art teacher who can look at it for you?

Nah I don’t

For the Sheffield street task for the 200 words is it meant to be descriptive, personal or like informational I’m not sure what to write on it

I think its both a piece of work (i did a drawing) and 200 words accompanying it.

I think it’s is meant to be ‘imaginative’. There is a very helpful video on the website which gives some examples.

Im about to submit my ucas for uni of Manchester, Cardiff, UAL, Westminister and either UCL or Nottingham. I am predicted A*AA with an A* EPQ. A-levels are textile art, biology and chemistry. GCSEs are 9988777776. Work experience placement. Are these stats strong enough for these unis? If so, is Uni of Edinburgh a stretch?

... And the requirement for Maths is definitely true for many unis- if you're unsure do visit them, however during open days i always heard that they had a preference towards those with maths

That really isn't true. Marketing legislation means that unis have to be upfront about the entry requirements for a course so if they want maths it will be stated on the course page. Only five/six out of around 50 architecture courses state a requirement/preference for maths.

You meet the entry requirements for all your choices so you will be considered (remember that for most unis your portfolio will play a key part in the application process]. You have 5 choices, so it is fine to have one riskier aspirational choice.

My sixth form always told us to have one aspirational choice, 3 choices that are your predicted grades and one choice below your predicted grades as a safety net incase things don't go well. I also applied to Uni of Manchester and got an offer despite my predicteds being ABB when they wanted an AAA. I think they look more into your portfolio and personal statement.

Hi anyone know how MSA portfolio work? Basically they asked me to submit a portfolio but I'm quite confused because they said 10-12 images of my work is this mean 12 slides with pictures and annotations in it or 12pictures with caption for each one? Also they asked me to submit as PDF... I always thought that I have to create a blog.
Can someone explain how this work please 🙏🏻 thank you

woah congrats! - i’m also waiting for Edinburgh for architecture and im getting a lil antsy. Can i ask when u submitted ur application and what ur predicted grades are? They received mine on the 1st of October and im predicted A*A*A.

Also has anyone gotten an interview invite from UCL yet, or heard back from Bath? I know they tend to take a while, but just being hopeful

Wonder if you guys can help please. I am trying to decide between UCL Bartlett MSci Architecture and the Leeds MEng Architecture. Both have AAB offers. My goal is to qualify as both an architect and an engineer. The Leeds course gives me that combination directly, but I prefer London as a place to study and live. I also feel that UCL might offer stronger career opportunities, although I might be mistaken. The issue is that if I choose the UCL MSci, I would need further studies to qualify as an engineer (more time/cost). I'm aware UCL also offers an Architecture and Engineering course, but that's AAA (and I have no evidence they let in non-contextual AAB).
I am really unsure what to do. Should I choose:

the university/city I prefer, but spend more time/money for further education or

the course that lines up more neatly with my goals, but risk lower job prospects & not enjoying the city

Thank you!

Following and same path. Strangely couldn’t find why Leeds uni is not in any rankings though .

Omg an offer from Manchester, well done! There was no interview right? Also, did you have to attach the three extra questions with your portfolio?

UCL is very competitive and you will need a very strong portfolio. Are you confident that you have one?
