ucl is more reputable, personally that’s the way i would go but i think since you’ve done the research you just need to make the decision which is right for you

have you already done your interview? also just checking for ucl this is the 5year course right? when did you apply/ when did you hear back.. i was reading online and it said ucl waits till they’ve interviewed everyone till they give offers

That's very early for UCL - congrats. Don't make your decisions yet as you have until June to decide. Go to the offer-holder days in Spring.

applied october early deadline (october 10 so super early). my alevels were A*A*A*A (maths physics fm and art) and i did an epq (A*). i. heard back like yesterday 10pm uk time. i am an international applicant.

Yes- I submitted my application on the 17th Nov and got an offer on the 19th! (2 days)

A Sheffield offer came this week (early December), just over three weeks after the portfolio submission.

Not yet …. I submitted my portfolio on Oct 25, 2025 and I am still waiting for UCL for interview and/or rejection
