QMUL EEE vs KCL Electronic engineering

Im going to start year 13 soon and im interested in applying for Electrical and electronic engineering with predicted grades AAA in maths, chemistry and physics. My top choices would be to try apply for KCL's electronic engineering and QMUL EEE but I'm not sure which one to go for. KCL is ranked higher globally than QMUL, however, their engineering department seems to be new and not the greatest from what I've read online. It is also in a nicer location than QMUL, however, I will be living at home in london so it doesn't matter that much I suppose. Even though QMUL is ranked lower globally, the two unis seem to be similar in rankings for EEE. Also, QMUL offers both electrical and electronic engineering and they also offer a placement year. If anyone has studied any of these two courses, could you please describe how your experience was and whether you would recommend it?

Neither are particularly strong engineering faculties, Kings certainly has the bigger brand, although realistically this would be more of a factor if you’re interested in working abroad within engineering careers in the UK i doubt employers would show a great deal of preference.

Imperial is definitely the strongest engineering university in London and is amongst the strongest engineering faculties worldwide. It’s alumni & research departments are full of highly talented people at the forefront of technological advancement. Brunel also ha a well respected solid engineering faculty.
