Hi! Clifton place is only 10min walk to the psychology building compared to the other ones u have mentioned. There is quite a few first years staying here including myself!

Hi! I got into Exeter Uni as my insurance choice for psychology, however the uni emailed me yesterday confirming that they will not be able to offer accom at all, and to begin to look privately. I had already been looking anyway because I thought this would happen, and I was wondering if anyone who has stayed in any of these accoms could give me some views on them because there is not much info online.

Location wise I have kind of accepted I will be nearer city centre (which I am happy with), but also I'm interested in the socialising opportunities for all of these, especially as a first year, as I am very keen to make friends

Yes I stayed in Printworks third year but I would say it is mostly second or third years that stay there - and it is a bit further from the main Streatham campus. So I would probably recommend places closer to main campus as that is where most your lectures would be/society stuff etc
