What Exeter Duryard Yeo House is like (atmosphere, pros/cons, etc.)

Hi, I’ve been allocated a room in Duryard Yeo House for this September at Exeter, even though it wasn’t on my preference list. Does anyone know if it’s still possible to request a change, ideally to East Park, or is it too late now? I’d also really appreciate any reviews of Duryard Yeo House. I know it’s a bit further out, and while I did ask for quiet accommodation, I’m worried it might feel too isolated. Is the building modern or more dated, and have there been any issues with it in the past?
