I'm urgently seeking a replacement tenant who can take over my booking for an Ensuite Studio at Broadgate Park for the upcoming 2025/2026 academic year.
I am willing to offer up to £350 in cash in exchange for taking over the tenancy!!
The contract is 44 weeks long and costs £216 per week.
The room has not yet been occupied, and the tenancy will begin in mid-September.
The studio has its own bathroom and private kitchenette, so would especially suit international/final year/postgraduate students who are seeking their own private space.
