Do you think History at Edinburgh, St Andrews, and UCL is realistic for my academic profile?

Those three seem to place far less emphasis on GCSEs, so are more realistic.

Well, with achieved grades why not apply to both before the Oxbridge deadline, but leave your other choices blank. That way, you will hopefully know where you stand before the equal consideration deadline and can adjust accordingly.
PS LSE are generally very heavy on GCSE grades, so I doubt other courses there would be much easier to get into.
Is there a particular reason you want to study there?

Yep. Those grades meet their GCSE requirements imo.
