Vet med advice for work experice

Hi everyone, I have got some work experience at a farm park next week and some in a SA and equine practice in a few months and was wondering if anyone has any advice about how to get the most of the experience. Is there any particular question to ask the staff that might help me at uni's interviews/personal statement. Do Uni's want me to give specific case example of animals I've work with or do they just want a general overview of my experience?
Thanksssss

Don't worry about what the schools will want during your work experiences, just enjoy them, and explore what you're passionate about. Schools want an overview for your application, and usually ask you to talk about any cases you found interesting during interviews. Just ask the staff questions you have as they come during your experience, like asking why a certain technique is used. You should be thinking about your application but if you immerse yourself and enjoy the experiences you won't have any problems answering questions the schools ask.

It’s not about specific cases but just about being observant and curious. If for example you are dealing with feed be curious about the needs of each species. Why do certain animals have supplements etc. If you’re at a stables and the vet comes to vaccinate , why will some be vaccinated in the shoulder but others in the chest area. Why do some have salt blocks in the stable. why do some horses have a green/ cream colored grease put on their hooves and others black? Everything you see should be an opportunity to learn and the vet schools just want to know that you pay attention and want to learn. They are not expecting you to know everything already.
