Official Pharmacy Applicants Thread 2026

hi guys i applied to aston for pharmacy along with a few other universities and all my other universities sent acknowledgment emails but aston hasnt sent me any acknowledgment emails and people have already been invited fo interviews so im getting extremely worried about this. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏

I am a current pharmacy student and I know the wait can feel so long and it can be disheartening when you don't hear anything back. But please don't worry about it as you've submitted ahead of the UCAS deadline. I know with some universities they prefer to wait until after the deadline before giving out interview offers so please don't be too alarmed. As it is coming up to the Christmas period, you may not hear back until after January. I would say focus on your A-levels and preparing for those and when it comes to getting interview offers then start preparing.

I didn't get an acknowledgement email from Aston either so you should be fine

I had an interview on the 3rd of December and received an offer from them a week after.
I hope they respond to you soon!

I was wondering if anyone got the interview invite for UCL MPharm yet after taking the test.
I took the test on November 24th and still heard nothing back. Getting kinda worried

Just want to ask if anyone applied Pharmacy at Queen's University Belfast. From the ranking of Pharmacy, the university ranked at the top of the list. But why there are not many students to choose this univsersity ?

might be the fact that for a lot of UK students,it’s technically overseas even if paying home student fees and that’s just an amount of distance some students may not be comfortable with. For a lot of UK students, most unis are a train ride/ car drive away which to a lot is fine whereas belfast is a plane ride which - even if it is technically less distance - makes it seem a lot further away. It may also be the cost of travelling to and from home that deters students

Yes! It was quite off tho, I got an email saying that they’re recommending me to the admissions to make me and offer and received an invite to and offer holder day - all of which is legit as i’ve checked email addresses and everything - but nothing has been updated on ucas yet

I applied at start of December because of my visa stuff they have send another email request for further information, they send email say the processing my application today . I am just kind a bit worry am I too late or not
