Ensuite room available just 15 mins to UoM campus

I have an ensuite room available Manchester Student Village South that starts on the 6th September, and I need to get my replacement soon. The room is ensuite, with all bills included along with a furnished kitchen and TV. The accommodation is close to Whitworth park and the Art gallery, just a 15 minute walk to UoM and 10 minutes by bus to city centre. If you're interested, please DM me.
