Most Universities will want A level Chemistry for Year 1 entry - but the only way to be sure of this is to look at individual Uni websites and check the specific entry requirements for each course.
If you are keen on Pharmacy, then a Foundation year would be worth it - remember that it doesn't matter where you do an MPharm, all courses are accredited by the GPhC and have a set syllabus. So there is no 'better' or 'best' course. The NHS will not care where you trained - and nor will your future patients / customers.
