Last minute change to my application possible?

Hello,

I am a Modern Languages undergrad and I'm about to go on my (compulsory) year abroad in France. Originally I was going to do an internship the whole year, and thus I applied for, and got the non-means tested maintenance loan of just over £3k for the whole year. However, the first half of my internship suddenly fell through and so now I'm only starting it in January. The first half of the year, October - December I will most likely do a 2-3 month language course instead in France. Can I still change my application so that I can receive the means-tested, higher maintenance for the first term? It is a bit tight as the first payment is due on September 2.

Thank you I would appreciate any help with this.

Hi Tomas,

Yes this is still possible, don't worry: your application can still be changed after September, though the change needs to come from your university.

Do you know when your study abroad will be confirmed for sure?

Thanks, Graeme
