change referee details

i truly don’t even remember inputting every single field for the referee details, or any at all. i’m an international/independent applicant so idrk what i’m doing. is it possible i marked it as complete without even putting any details in? now it says i’m on step 2 waiting for a reference - and idek who from. none of my teachers even know what ucas is and idk which one i might have to go to talk to and tell them what the letter is asking for. if i call will they reset this, or at least confirm the details? once again, i really don’t remember even going onto the referee page at ALL, so i’m not sure if/how any referee details were sent out.

Mine said the thing, not sure what this means. I'm also an international student.

Did you apply with a school/college buzzword? Or as an independent application?

Then if the ref section is marked as completed, the only two possibilities are that you entered someone's details there OR you ticked the box stating that your uni choices have confirmed that no ref is needed. I would give UCAS a call and they can confirm and reset if needs be.
If people are wondering why I asked about it being an independent app, using a buzzword automatically sends it on to your centres UCAS coordinator to enter the reference.
