For context, I applied to university for mathematics and got into Imperial and St Andrews.
Year 12: senior maths challenge which was organised by the school. I got into a free Summer school at Eton but that was only for nearby state school students so I don't know if you would qualify. I also did the 'data science boot camp' at Royal Holloway university. Again, it was only for local students and quite focused on economics (although I think it was only if you were not doing economics A-level).
Year 13: senior maths challenge again, mathematical olympiad for girls (you likely have to ask your teacher if you and possibly some others can do it but mine was happy to and she invigilated us for a few hours while marking homework), because I did well on that I got into the british mathematical olympiad round one. I took a free AMSP course to prepare for the TMUA.

Just to note, I got my mathematical olympiad for girls award after early application which was not an issue because I was not applying for Oxbridge, but just to keep in mind it you are considering Oxbridge it is probably better to do that in year 12. And I had not sat the british mathematical olympiad when I sent off my application so I just said that I would be doing it.
I think there is also a senior Biology challenge if you are interested, but I did not do biology A-level so I could not enter.

Most Unis just ignore 'competitions' because they don't tell them anything about your real motivation for higher level study in that subject or anything about you as an induvial.

Far more useful would be doing some extra reading etc beyond your A level syllabus - good for all Unis : super-curricular_suggestions.pdf
