Can I still upload supporting documents after my Student Finance was approved?

I just received a letter saying I did not get the full payment because my mother did not support my application (even though she did, she uploaded the PFF2 form from her account back in June). The letter stated that although my application was approved, they couldn’t give me the full amount because my mother did not support it. I think there must be some mistake, or Student Finance has not noticed my application. As my sister also needs Student Finance this year, when my mother uploaded the PFF2, she simply put my details in section 6, so maybe Student Finance just missed it. Now I am planning to upload the PFF2 from my own account instead of my mother's account. So my question is, can I still upload the PFF2 form through my account, even though my application has already been approved?

Hi there. Yes, you can upload the PFF2 to your own account. Have you tried contacting us directly to check? It may be that it's not been picked up and we can refer it to be processed. Thanks, Leah.

Thank you very much for your reply. I’ve already uploaded the PFF2 file to my account, so I think it should be fine now. Thanks again

Hi there,

Once received this type of evidence is currently taking 17 working days to process. If there is any issues the team will email yourself/sponsor to advise, this may go to your junk folder.

Thanks,
Claire
