Oxbridge applications : 3/4 A levels

So like I have been told by people that Oxbridge are more linient towards students who do 4 A levels instead of 3, but on their website or any videos they have mention that each student is treated equally no matter the amount of subjects they do, is that actually true? cuz i used to do 4 a levels and EPQ I completed my EPQ but I dropped one of my subjects mid way through Y12, so ideally my application shouldn't be impacted by this.

I'm not sure where you've heard this, but it simply isn't true. Students should only take three A-Levels. Taking four is only recommended if one of them is Further Mathematics.

A*AA will always look better than ABBB.

The website itself is the best source of information. Trust it.

One of my A levels is Further Maths too. Yes I just read the page again and found that 3/4 A levels doesn’t matter. Thanks!
