Thank you!

iPad 11-inch: Compact and Portable
Ideal for:

Students who prioritize portability and have limited bag space.

Quick note-taking and reading during commutes.

Those who already carry a laptop and need a secondary device.

Pros:

Lighter and more compact, making it easy to carry around.

Sufficient for reading PDFs, taking notes, and light research.

More affordable compared to larger models.

Cons:

Smaller screen may require more zooming and scrolling when multitasking.

Less screen real estate for split-screen multitasking or detailed diagrams.

iPad 13-inch: Larger Display for Multitasking
Ideal for:

Students who prefer a larger screen for multitasking and detailed study materials.

Those who often annotate PDFs alongside lecture notes.

Users who plan to use the iPad as a primary study device.

Pros:

More screen space for split-screen multitasking and viewing detailed content.

Enhanced productivity with easier navigation and less zooming.

Better for visual-heavy subjects requiring detailed diagrams.

Cons:

Larger and heavier, which might be cumbersome during commutes.

Higher price point.

Pharmacy students often deal with complex diagrams, chemical structures, and detailed notes. A larger screen can facilitate better multitasking and viewing of intricate details. However, if you already carry a laptop, the 11-inch iPad might suffice for supplementary tasks. Ultimately, the best choice depends on your specific study habits and commuting routine. Hope this helps💕

Hi,

For commuting, the 11” iPad is usually more convenient because it’s lighter and easier to carry around. It’s great for note-taking, reading and annotating lecture slides, and quick research.

The 13” iPad gives you more screen space, which can be useful for multitasking, but it’s heavier and less portable for daily travel. Unless you really prefer a larger screen, I think the 11” does everything you’d need.

If possible, I’d recommend visiting an Apple Store to try both sizes and see which feels best for you.

Good luck with your studies
