Cant get through to the UCL accomodation office

Hi! Has anyone else managed to get through to the UCL accommodation office by phone? I’ve tried calling every 15 minutes since this morning but I’ve had no luck. I need to contact them regarding my accom offer as I’m not able to accept it due to a tech issue with my portal not showing the offer. Does anyone have any advise? I’ve emailed them too but no reply.

I have the same issue, can’t seem to get through to them. What accommodation do you have? I really want to move closer to Bloomsbury

Hey there, I have a single bronze ensuite at IQ bloomsbury which I need gone. There is included access to the gym and cinema room and the location is great as it is only 3 mins from the main campus. All other IQ Bloomsbury en-suites are currently fully booked. Please let me know if this would interest you
