AI false detection

So I'm starting Year 13 in September and I've been working on my EPQ for most of Year 12. I was finishing stuff up and wanted to run it through a grammar checker just in case and there was an option to detect AI and I thought hmm I wonder what it says and then it churned out 100% AI detected.

I have genuinely not used AI for any of this and spent months finding sources, reading them, writing notes on them and putting together my report. Idk if it's my style of writing trying to emulate formal/academic style or if I structure my sentences weirdly or use AI like vocab but it's really scary that it has flagged it as AI when it isn't because what if the person marking my EPQ puts it through the same AI detector and decides it must have been AI generated and automatically disqualify me? Is there any way I could appeal that outcome like showing how I've gone through the sources or showing my other work and getting teachers to back me up? What even is AQA's policy when it comes to AI stuff? I'm just starting to panic a little bit

When you submit your EPQ you have to submit your activity and source log too, as well any other materials (e.g. notes & sources), you'll be fine!! If you have saved drafts too that could be useful just in case, some applications also let you see when changes were made to the document and how long you spent on it. If you're that concerned, mention it to the teacher and prove your case (perhaps other formal pieces of writing to prove your style?)
