Has anyone else not received their accomodation?

Title says it all, I applied a week prior to the deadline, and have yet to receive anything despite being allegedly guranteed accomodation as a first year. Anyone else in the same boat? I see many getting their offers which has led me to panic slightly.

Hi, I have an offer at one Poole street (a single en-suite) and I’m hoping for an intercollegiate accom which I have applied for via the waiting list. If I get that, would you like to take over my room? Apparently I will lose the £400 we paid as some sort of deposit when I cancel my booking if I switch to the intercollegiate hall and I would rather someone take over my room so the money doesn’t go to waste (tbf I’m not sure whether the money would still go to waste or not even if I gave my room to some1).
