Which BCU Accommodation Should I Choose?

Choosing your accommodation can be difficult when there are so many options! I lived in Queens Hospital Close during my first year as it was ensuite, had parking and had a really convenient location.

Here are some things I considered when choosing my accommodation:

Ensuite Bathroom

β€’

If you are studying at either campus, then Lakeside is a great option with an ensuite bathroom!

β€’

Most of BCU's partner accommodations offer an en-suite, but just double check if this is something that you want.

Low Cost

β€’

Queens Hospital Close is one of the cheapest accommodations and is conveniently located about halfway between the City South and City Centre campuses.

β€’

Hamstead Campus is the cheapest if you are happy to travel a little bit further! A free bus pass is included to cover the cost of the journey to uni.

Short Distance to Campus

β€’

University Locks is right on the City Centre Campus which makes for a very short commute!

β€’

If you are on the City South Campus, then Beech Gardens is going to be your closest option.

Studio

β€’

If you are looking for a private studio rather than a shared flat, then the Old Fire Station could be the option for you!
