Hi i’m getting means tested for second year just for bursary purposes. when emails were sent to my parents to confirm some details my sister opened my mothers email and accidentally automatically logged into her own sfe account. she said she support the application but now when we log into my mums account it says she can’t support the application. i’m guessing it’s because 2 accounts already agreed to support the application but my sister obviously can’t support it. so just wondering what to do from here??

I would suggest getting your mum to complete the PFF2 Form found here https://media.slc.co.uk/sfe/2526/ft/sfe_pff2_form_2526_o.pdf
Once completed, upload this on your account under the evidence upload option with a cover letter. Explain in the letter what has happened along with your name and CRN.

Once received, it's currently taking 17 working days to be reviewed.
