2026 BNP Paribas Graduate Online Test
Has anyone here taken the BNP Paribas online assessments for the 2026 Graduate Programme yet? I heard the verbal reasoning questions are especially tough this year, and I’m curious how others found them. Any tips or experiences to share?

Graduate Programme hasn't started yet, only intern positions are open now. You could practice with the intern questions first. Heard they're pretty similar anyway.

OT previously included question types like numerical, verbal, logical, and switchchallenge. The questions were both numerous and difficult, so it's better to start practicing early.

I just did mine and I applied for Global Markets Graduate Analyst Research. I found the verbal reasoning slightly harder than usual as I've done many of those sorts of tests before where I finish way before the allocated time but this time I wasn't able to finish or feel confident in my answers.

What are your statuses after completing the online tests? Is it still Testing or did it change to something else?

Mine switched to screening about two minutes after I finished the tests - applied to Global Banking.
The switch challenge is always demanding, but the verbal one caught me off guard this time. It’s usually straightforward, yet this is the first time I haven’t felt sure about every answer. I still finished everything comfortably within time. The numerical test felt familiar, no surprises there.
Since BNP doesn’t provide automated feedback reports (unlike other Maptq/Aon clients), there’s no benchmark.
Anyone have a sense of what a solid score looks like for the switch challenge?
