Applying to Oxford History and Politics but a little lost on the college front

Hi,
I am an Australian student applying for History and Politics this year. The minimum Australian requirement is an ATAR of 98 (highest is 99.95).
Although I don't have an exact predicted grade, I am within the range but on the lower side much closer to 98 than 99.95.

I have been doing some research on colleges and love the look of Lincoln, particularly the tutors and their research. However on the website it explicitly says "We expect candidates to have high examination grades", which obviously is a prerequisite for all Oxford colleges, but I am wondering if Lincoln particularly is even more discerning with regard to exam results?

I am really interested in the course and have a range of relevant supercurriculars. The whole interview process excites me and I think I would be able to perform well in an interview, it's just a matter of getting one! Particularly as there is no admissions test this year.

Does anyone have any advice for this or know of any colleges that might be more suitable?

Thanks
