LSE for Sociology

Hi, I’m thinking of applying to LSE for Sociology. They say you need a majority of GCSEs at grade 7–9. My grades are 9, 8, 8, 8, 7, 7, 6, 6, 6 – so 6 of them are 7 or above. For A-level I’m predicted A*AB, the entry requirement is AAB. Do I stand a chance?

Yes your grades definitely meet the requirements just make sure to study extra on the subject which you are predicted a B in to make sure you reach this grade or higher. If you don't get this B you may have to look at other courses.

Which subjects are the grade 6's achieved? 😧
Which A-Levels are you predicted A*, A and B? Because if the B is in History then you might have to remark your papers, since it has happend a lot recently. ☹️

I achieved 6s in Combined Science: Trilogy and Mathematics. I’m predicted a B in English Literature.
