Funding issues

Had an issue where I put down the wrong surname for SAAS ( used my mums instead of my dads - aka legal surname ) however the information is not being processed by the student loans company for some reason, I've sent documents proving my name and SAAS has sent information over along with an email asking why things are the way they are essentially lol but there's still no change through the SLC. Any advice of what I can do? or anyone I can reach out to beside SAAS as the student loans company don't seem to be changing anything and SAAS have done all they could.
