I just got a clearing offer from reading for international management whilst not getting the best a levels
I was thinking of re taking 2 a levels and re apply to my dream uni (Liverpool)

Honestly - totally pointless. You will just mess up one of the other - or more likely both. Reading is a top Uni for all Business/Management subjects - you are lucky to have a place. Forget Liverpool, it isn't known for Business subjects and Reading is.
