A Levels for studying econmics in university

Is maths, further maths, physics and chemistry fine with applying for economics at university? I am an international student and have only studied science subjects in IGCSE and AS levels. I have heard not doing economics a levels is fine, but I don't really have an essay-type a levels subject. Does this affect me a lot? I am aiming for Cambridge, LSE, and Imperial.

if you can do econ, then definately do it. It makes doing econ supercurriculars a lot easier. If not your choices are fine.
