I have now been offered university owned accommodation so I now no longer need this ensuite room at the forge, the room details are as follows:
-Standard ensuite room
-45 week tenancy (13/09/25-24/07/26)
-£145 p/w
- 3 installment payment with guarantor required

Hi, due to a change in circumstances, I no longer require my ensuite room at the forge Sunderland. £145 wk bills & wifi included. Ready to move in ASAP, free Shuttle bus from the accommodation to University throughout the day. One of the best student accommodations I had come across, flatmates all female & really nice

Hey, did you manage to find somewhere to stay. I've got a room in a shared flat where there's 2 other pharmacy students too.
